| | The Suzuki Electronic Stability Program® (ESP)* uses an array of sensors to continuously monitor vehicle response to driving conditions, engine power and the driver's steering input. These sensors detect when a vehicle is about to stray from the driver's intended line of travel (oversteer or understeer), allowing the system computer to automatically apply brakes to individual wheels and/or reduce engine power to keep the vehicle under control. Automatic Traction Control limits wheel slip during acceleration by reducing throttle and/or applying brakes selectively when wheel slip is detected.
